Join fellow farmers as well as farm interns, students and employees as we gather for educational field visits across Northern California to share best practices, sustainability techniques, and glean on-farm know-how from peers. Attendance is free and open to speciality crop growers--fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers, herbs--as well as anyone aspiring toward a career in production agriculture.

Oak Hill Farm of Sonoma is a 700-acre ranch on the eastern side of the Valley of the Moon, in Glen Ellen, California. For more than fifty years, Oak Hill Farm has grown flowers and produce using sustainable agricultural practices and currently harvest over two hundred varieties of vegetables, fruit, flowers, perennial greenery and herbs as they naturally come into season. Products grown at Oak Hill Farm can be purchased on their on-farm store, the Red Barn Store, or at the Sonoma Farmers Market at Depot Park.Their produce and flowers are also found in some of the finest restaurants in San Francisco.
This tour is open to farmers and aspiring farmers and will have a special focus on cover cropping.
